Video - Panel Discussion Event - October 27th 2015 - eDiscovery Nightmares Just in Time for Halloween




Below you will find a link to a video recording of the panel discussion held on October 27th, 2015.  The panel event was organized by three groups: The New York City Paralegal Association; The New York City Metro Area Chapter of ACEDS (Association of Certified eDiscovery Specialists); and The New York Chapter of Women in eDiscovery.  The topic of the discussion was “eDiscovery Nightmares, Just in Time for Halloween”, and the conversation covered such topics as: Cloud Computing; Social Media; Mobile Devices; and Jurisdictional Issues.  I feel that you might find this information to be interesting and useful.

The panel was co-moderated by me (Joe Bartolo, J.D., Regional Manager of Kiersted Systems), along with Brad Schaffel, CEDS, Litigation Support Manager of Wilmer Hale in New York.  The subject matter expert panelists included:  Dera Nevin, Esq., of Proskauer; Alan Winchester, Esq., of Harris Beach; Scott Gibbs, EnCE of Direct Data Discovery; and Anthony Vescova, of Nixon Peabody.  The event Hosted by Nixon Peabody in their offices in New York City, and sponsored by them, as well as additional sponsors DTI and Ricoh.   The videography was provided by the New York based company Litigation Video Technology.
